From Business Development to Bespoke Travel: my Journey Begins
My journey began in 2014 when I transitioned from a background in trading, business development, account management, and customer service to join a Viennese limousine service and rental car company in Vienna, Austria. Initially, I managed car deliveries between drop-off and pick-up locations while engaging with guests during their travels.
As I explored charming European cities and scenic mountain routes, my passion for the industry deepened. I found great fulfillment in welcoming clients and treating them as valued guests rather than just transactions. This commitment to exceptional service and personalized attention became the cornerstone of our mission, shaping our dedication to delivering an unparalleled travel experience.
